Today at Pasadena store I requested to exchange my two mattress bases. The Assistant Manager said he cannot help me at the store level and told me to call the customer service, or come again several days later when the manager is here.

I stayed at the store and called the customer service number that he gave me. Customer services representative asked me which store I purchased it and I told him it was Pasadena. He then put my call on hold and called Pasadena store. The Pasadena store manager heard the phone rang, picked it up and IMMEDIATELY hanged up.

I continued staying in the store and called the customer service number again. In the middle of my conversation with the customer services, the Assistant Manager without my consensus hijacked my call by grabbing my phone, talked to the customer rep. and told him to dismiss my request. I was totally SHOCKED!

I don't deserve to be mistreated. It was not about whether the request was approved or not, but the way they were treating and handling customers.

I requested to exchange the bases but not the mattresses and ended up the customer service INFORMED me they were cancelling my whole order (2 mattresses and 2 bases which have been delivered and worth $8000+) and scheduling a pickup. Ridiculous!

Sit n Sleep sold me two mattresses that were NOTHING like the ones on the floor at the showroom and has ignored my attempts at an exchange of the second mattress. Ive been told three times that a supervisor would call me back about this and no one has. I havent slept well for a year and they have not responded to emails either. They are highly unethical. I have an eye condition that has worsened due to their negligence and have other health concerns caused by poor sleep.

We bought a bed in Feb 2023 at you Murrieta store

I talk to mgr.before we came to store,told her our budget

And about by fibromyalgia..how hard its to sleep..no

Problem we have a machine to check you out.

So we went,their for about 5 to 6 hours and no its was not busy.

Only one or two customer's.

We laid in machine said we needed firm mattress.

So she has us lay on three mattresses, says in price point range.

So we laid on beauty rest,like it , not in budget

Try this one ,sorry looks like its not in your budget

Well i can put you in this beauty rest,you said you would mind a floor

Model..its just what you were looking for,not found this week its

A medium soft,people over 230,which we do,should not be in a medium

Soft,maybe a medium firm,but should be a firm mattress.

We did the machine,she saw we are heavy and she puts us in a medium soft.

The beauty rest bed where do i start...the bed has a lump,almost the middle of bed

You can put a leval on bed from cornor to cornor..and it goes straight,then oh wait there is a hill,then goes down..that is not normal..unless that floor model is really old

Or a return bed..or they are really abusing floor models.

Two expect later..we are denied..1st review i thought it was considering sagging

Second time i told them...i said its not sagging..its flaw in bed or defective.

Then the inspections said things we did not say..but i did say ihave fibromyalgia And we almost paid 1000.for bed ..do not want to buy another one in yr

Very nice they will exchange it,but we have to go to store..so husband has to take a day off...drive a hour away..not included i have trouble on drives..to go back to store

And start all over again...how do we trust them,customers services blames the

Then put in floor model,that was damage or return..now i have to go back to store

Start all over..durning busy time..cant buy on line even though prices are cheaper on

Some..doesn't matter if i find new mattress in price point,it will not be covered if

Something is wrong..and pay over 100.for delvery..and it has not even been 6months

And almost 3mons dealing with inspections.

Should i be looking forward to that...i dont think so

I feel and know we were taking advantage

Need to take back a mattress or service

This company is a real piece of crap, I purchased a mattress in 2010 over $1000 In 2019 I called them to let them know that it has bowing in a couple of sections, they sent out an inspector and he took pictures and said it should be fine to get a repair or replacement due to the amount of bowing, but notified a couple of days later I was rejected. I called in 2023 and they have removed my file from data base. I have a hard copy of sale, but now I need to look for it. What the *** they owe me a new mattress.

Unsatisfied Customer

Mattresses are defective and wrong size. returned to store and spoke with the original sales consultant who said that the warranty had expired after 3-years. Now refusing to rectify the issue. Stated that he never said the mattresses were warranted for a specific number of years. There are some unprincipled business practices in this store, and I would imagine in others as well.

Remote

Ive been trying to pair a new remote with my friends bad and he is in a memory care facility the first three days I kind of Went between the warranty people and the number for customer service and then finally I was told that the number I should be using is on the back of the new remote and the last three times I have called Ive gotten to them too late theyre closed so Im gonna have to make some kind of arrangements to get there early to make the call

TERRIBLE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE 1. When we bought the bed we were explicit that on Tuesday there could be NO DELIVERY BETWEEN 1:30 and 3 pm. Of course sit &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; sleep calls to state delivery would be at 2 pm. They would not budge. They cancelled delivery and moved it to Saturday. On Saturday we get a call at 9 am that they would deliver in the next 1/2 hour. At 10:30 the bed had still not been delivered. I resent having my time wasted.

Sold the Wrong Mattress

We purchased a mattress through Greg at the Culver City location. We visited the store 3 times and discussed exactly which mattress we wanted.

On day of purchase we went over prices and he scrolled through the computer saying that there is one at a discounted price that was returned by a previous customer. We ordered a bed frame and realized that the mattress we received is a cal king. We wanted an eastern king. Never once did we ask for a cal king.

He is stating that no returns can be made. I can understand if this was our fault but he selected and quoted us the incorrect mattress size. We had to cancel the bed frame.

I am pregnant due anytime these coming weeks and requesting to exchange for an eastern king mattress. Responsibility should be upheld and situation remedied esp if the fault lies with the seller.

My wife and I waited six weeks for new remotes and charging pads for our split bed.they showed up today missing the power cords and the cords to the chargers. The manger of the store who placed the order is taking no responsibility. Think twice before you purchase a 13k bed from Sit n Sleep

Worst customer service!! I ordered almost 4,000 worth of bedding and furniture. Sit n Sleep was to come late but never arrived AT ALL and then hung up on us when we called to inquire!!! Unprofessional

Unprofessional! They scheduled a my shipment for today for two new beds and mattresses and NEVER SHOWED UP. We called because we waited all day. When we inquired we were placed on hold then they hung up on us and the customer service line is now closed. We will absolutely return the items.

Warranty scam

Bought a mattress a year ago and it hard as a rock, I thought support was the way to go. I went back to sit n sleep and they said I had a 365 day exchange policy.

The delivery crew has come 3x now and won't do the exchange. Also they don't wear masks, gloves, speak English, and their hands were all dirty. I inspected the mattress before they came( I also use 2 matress protectors) They took my matress to the truck and brought my new one in then they brought the old one back in and said it was stained and it was damp. Each time they come they find some other reason to not exchange the mattress.

Customer service doesn't care and now I have a mattress that for all I know they did something to it in the truck the 1st time! I would have noticed a damp stain before they came. I'm so upset and now have no mattress I feel comfortable sleeping on. With Covid I'm not even sure I want it in my house now.

BEWARE OF EXCHANGE SCAMMM!! I have no idea what they did once it was on the truck!

Customer service is rude and dismissive. Now I have to go spend money in this economy for a new one

Bought a Cal King. Almost the firmest mattress they had. Started sagging on both mine and my husband's sides within 3 months. They said it was because my husband was large. Well what about my side?! I'm 5'2" 130lbs...My side is just as bad! The mattress was expensive and totally sucks. My back is getting worse and worse. I feel like I've been in a car accident every morning when I wake up. Please don't buy from them. I now know where the statement "you're killing me, Larry " came from. You Are Killing Me Larry!! The mattress is awful.

Horrible customer service

I won a gift card for sit n sleep n radio station which is the reason I purchased from them. I picked out my mattress then paid the difference on the price..after a couple of years we found we were sleeping in a deep valley. Very uncomfortable sleeping with the feeling you will slide off or roll off whatever the position. I called them last summer and was told they come out and determine what the problem may be. Its a year later and we are still waiting for a call. I am going to call again but I doubt anything will come of it. The mattress was so comfy the first year but as the constant laying in the spot it became a valley. Im at the point now that I do not get a good nights sleep anymore
